You need to increase your stamina through cardio (not by much , try and reach 1 mile run once every week),
increase your musclemass by excercising (pushups, situps, pullups, curls)
And you MUST NOT enter severe caloric deficits because your body will just go into high efficiency mode at best and into muscle eating mode at worst lowering your metabolism and excercise tolerance for a good while
To reduce calory intake try and buy smaller snack packiges, or share them , buy less/ smaller soda/ share it with someone. Read the calories on the packaging even if you do not count them,
If you like mayo, make your own, its still calloric but you likely wont add sugar to it. I lost around 10-15 lbs by doing some halfarsed excercises (actually walking somwhere far away once in 1 to 2 weeks) and not even changing what i eat but how much junkfood i eat and from what sources
